Seems like it was not long ago that we complimented the Director of the “TenorS of the XXI century” art-project Dmitry Sibirtsev, on his appointment as a director of one of the most original theatres in the capital – Kolobov’s Novaya Opera Theatre. 
Yesterday the fifth theatre season under his direction was closed.
A few days ago Dmitry Sibirtsev signed the prolonging agreement  with the Moscow Cultural Department.
The beginning of the second five-year plan  will be marked by the theatre tours to Estonia and Italy, staging of the children’s opera  “Hänsel und Gretel” by E. Humperdinck, “Lucia di Lammermoor”  by Donizetti , Opera Epiphany Festival and Choral Festival “The Others”
The theatre will also start working on the premier of the season 2018-2019 – Glinka’s opera  “Life for the Tsar”.
We hope that Dmitry Alexandrovich  will  carry on bringing delight to the audience with the charming chamber programes together with the best soloists of the Novaya Opera, other theatres and world celebrities.
And we obviously can’t  wait to see the next brilliant season from the “TenorS of the XXI century” art-project.

RETURNING HOME

On the 25th of July, the soloist of the “TenorS of the XXI century” art-project , Sergey Pisarev performed in R.Strass’s “Salome” as Narraboth. It was his final show in OPER LEIPZIG. Sergey has spent three years working in Germany and greatly increased his repertoire by adding almost ten opera parts to his portfolio. Among them : Faust in “Faust” by C. Gounod, Alfredo in “ La Traviata”  by G. Verdi,  Belmonte  in “Die Entführung aus dem Serail” and  Tamino (“The Magic Flute” by W.Mozart).

From the 1st of July Sergey Pisarev re-joins the “TenorS of the XXI century” art-project on the full-time basis. There will be plenty of interesting programs, tours, recordings.
On the 6th of July Sergey will sing with his friends and colleagues during the ”Worldwide Film Music “ сoncert in Svetlogorsk that will take place in the  “Amber Hall” .

Dmitry Sibirtsev: Today my beloved friend Maxim Biryukov celebrates his Birthday. Merzlyakovka, university years, adult live…Max is an amazing man – very kind and sensitive, his intelligence can be confounding sometimes.  He has the most incredible sense of humour.  We used to stage the student’s concerts  and were writing humorous poems and parodies for self-published books which we printed under the name of SiBiRyabets (Sibirtsev-Biryukov- Ryabtsev (Dmitry also became a great musician).
One year ago Maxim started to perform with us. Thank you for this wonderful year, dear friend!
I am wishing you all the possible luck in the composing, teaching and performing fields.
I love our “August” - nothing can compare with it.
